In cooperation with KroesePaternotte’s rental and leasing, investment and valuation and rent reviews departments, we deliver customized research for our clients. We have a specialized database of retail properties and strive for continuous improvement in information processing and knowledge acquisition. We conduct our research in all physical shopping areas in the Netherlands, but also developments that (in)directly affect the shopping street, such as e-commerce and consumer behavior, fall within the scope of KroesePaternotte Research.
