Thanks to the variety of knowledge in our departments, we have a great deal of current market and transaction knowledge. This is important for value substantiation and (rental) possibilities, as well as a substantiation of the 303 and market rental values and the determination of the yields. In the run-up to a purchase or purchase transaction, we distinguish ourselves by an extensive purchase and sale due diligence, as well as advice for any required optimization.
